Mammoth Holdings LLC was founded in 2002 by Gary Dennis and Chip Hackett. We are an Atlanta-based express conveyor car wash operator with brands in 11 states (Utah, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida). We operate more than 69 express conveyor car washes and 3 flex-service car washes under Busy Bee Car Wash, Finish Line Car Wash, Lulu's Car Wash, Marc-1 Car Wash, Ollie's Car Wash, Pals Car Wash, PitStop Carwash, PureMagic Carwash, Quick Wash Express Car Wash, Shine On Car Wash, Swifty Car Wash, Ultra Car Wash, Wash Me Fast, and Wiggy Wash.

Mammoth is customer-focused operationally; operator-focused in its approach to acquisitions; and seeks to be the partner-of-choice for car wash operators who desire liquidity, growth capital, and a tax-deferred equity opportunity.
